The location in charming garden was favourable and unbeatable. What's more, it was so close to a cafe nearby and several bus routes-about 15 minutes by bus to Notre-Dame Cathedral. A double room with amazing view, had essentials required.

The property is fairly clean; beautifully decorated and silent rooms; nice bed. Helpful staff, they know their business. Plus, the location is exceptionally nice and perfect, minutes from Place d'italie. A nice restaurant for breakfast is available.

A safe box, cable television, and tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the big bed. Perfect and excellent location for enjoying restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.

We arrived very late and all the restaurants were closed. The very polite and well spoken, hotel clerk offered us dinner left over from a hotel event earlier that day. It was delicious and greatly appreciated. He suggested a wake-up call, and at our early breakfast the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. He also had the taxi waiting. Bathroom was great with the heated towel rack, bed was firm and pillows fresh. Very clean and there were great views of Paris from the window.
Breakfast was international buffet style, so if you don't eat breakfast or don't really eat much it was expensive toast.

Frederic was very welcoming and helpful and kindly assisted us with booking a local French restaurant
During our stay we requested some additional cOffee and milk for our room. A different receptionist reluctantly gave us more whilst infOrming us that guests are not entitled to additional tea/coffee. This led tO us purchasing Our own coffee from carrefour

The hotel is situated at a quiet location and near Metro station, it's very convenience.
The doors could not protect the noise, it was very very noisy when other rooms opened/closed their doors. The hotel should improve this noisy system

Friendly people at reception, nice & modern design in the room & large breakfast buffet. Close to metro stop of Place d'Italie, from where you can visit all highlights of Paris. Also by foot you can visit some nice places such as: Chinatown, Manufacture des Gobelins, rue des Mouffetards, ...

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the chambermaid service was excellent.Although Place D'Italie is a very busy area the hotel is located in a quiet side street so we had quiet nights to sleep.Ideal location to explore paris by foot or by Metro. Would return to this hotel on next visit.

We were really surprised that we got quality accommodation for the price we payed. The photos shown on the website are showing the reality. We liked the design of the hotel and should we arrived 2 weeks ealier we'd definitely tried out the breakfast on the terrace - it looked really great. We liked the cleanliness of the hotel and also the location - lots of buses, metro, restaurants, bistros. The bakery just around the corner is amazing and stays open until 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
Our bed was huge, but it wasn't very comfortable.

Charming outdoor garden space, Close proximity to metro station, Views of the Eiffel Tower
Tight parking situation!!! The door handle and tub in my room were broken, and no one bothered to fix them!!! The room sizes felt cramped, especially with luggage!!!

Charming accommodations nestled in a quiet street, with lovely decor and a serene corner room with views of lush greenery. The excellent amenities included a large bath and great tea and coffee-making supplies. The hotel's informal yet attentive staff was nice, while a nearby shopping center and restaurants provided vibrant options. Despite limited breakfast choices, the quality was high with delicious offerings that impressed me.

I like that Hotel is not far from the city center approx. 15 min by train. And the train station is in 5 min walk. There are many restorans and Bank ATMs in the area. I also like that you could start exploring Paris by taking a walk on Gobilen street.
I did not like the room cleaning service. If by any chance you stay in a room when the cleaning lady came you eather need to leave the room or they will not clean the room. For some reason they can not return even in 30 min.
